Precision Maui LLC disclaims all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the villas and other travel products displayed on this site, (including without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of amenities and general product descriptions), much of which information is provided by the respective supplies. In such event as pricing errors, you will have the option to keep your pending reservation at the correct price, or cancel your reservation without penalty. The property owners and other supplies providing travel or other services in connection with the site are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Precision Maui LLC. Precision Maui and its affiliates are not liable of the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. In no event shall Precision Maui LLC, it’s affiliates and/or their respective suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or access to this site or the delay or inability to use this site, or for any viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtained throughout the site or otherwise arising out of the use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Precision Maui LLC, its affiliates, or any of their respective suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. Guest agrees to release Homeowner and Precision Maui LLC from, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Homeowner and Precision Maui LLC against, any and all claims, demands, fees, causes of action, liability, loss, damages claims, injury or death, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, by whomsoever made, arising out of or connected in any way with, directly or indirectly, Guests invitees, employees, agents assigns or independent contractors entering the leased premises for use of the property. Precision Maui LLC shall be deemed to include members, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and the term "guest" shall be deemed to include the guests/tenant, its guests/invitees, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and independent contractors.
