Reservation Process

Visit www.precisionmaui.com and choose one or two suitable villas than either send us an inquiry online, or call us toll free 1877 541 MAUI (6284).2.
Our Villa Specialist will review availability, answer your questions, and discuss the best option for your trip.3.
Precision Maui will issue you a rental contract for you to review, sign and return to us within 48 hours. Within this contract you will send the initial payment, (different for each property) which will secure your vacation dates. All Villas are on a first come, first serve basis.4.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, and we can discuss any special arrangements you might need .5.
We will be in contact you when you arrive on the island, Aloha!!

Q- How do I get to Maui
A – The Main Airport is Kahului, centrally located on Maui. You could fly to Honolulu and take a short inter-island flight to Kahului, but there are many direct flights to Maui from the west coast of AmericaQ- What should I bring
A- Maui is laid back! You can get away with Aloha print shirts and sandals even at the finest restaurants. Pack lightweight clothes, including: swimsuits, shorts, t-shirts/tanks, hiking shoes, sandals, sunscreen, a hat, light windbreaker/sweater, and cameraQ- Do I need a rental car
A- It is not required, however Maui is a large island and it is best to have the flexibility of a rental car to get to the sights and places you want to go. It is a great way to see the entire islandQ-What are some extra expenses
A- The villa rental does not include food costs, transportation, activities, tax or gratuityQ-Are Cribs available to rent
A-Yes. Local agencies can provide baby gear to put in your villa where necessary. Precision Maui is happy to make these arrangements if necessaryQ-Do you offer discounted weekly rates
A-Discounts are at the discretion of the owners of the property. We will advertise when they are being offered. Discounts may be considered for stays longer than 14 nights and will be evaluated on a case-by-case studyQ-Is there vacation insurance to cover cost inn case of bad weather
A-No. Refunds are only given if the villa is rendered unlivable or if there are restrictions of entryQ-What is the climate on Maui
A-The climate hovers around 80 degrees Fahrenheit at sea level all year round. If you are traveling from Late Nov-Early March, this is our “rainy” season or “winter”. If you choose to visit the top of Haleakala, The Volcano on Maui, the temps can range from 30 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit year roundQ-Are the photos in the link the exact photo for the respective villa
A-Yes. Every photo is taken on sight at each specific villaQ-Is there a minimum night stay
A-Yes, there is a 5 night minimum stay on all villas on the www.precisionmaui.com website. During the holiday season, Dec14-Jan4th there is a 10 day minimum stay on all villasQ-Can we have a courtesy hold
A-Yes. Precision Maui will hold your property for 48 hours with no financial obligations
